- Jointly organize National Craft Show-2023 with Export Promotion Bureau-EPB
- Develop Banglacraft website that will represent handicrafts sector as whole
- Organize national level seminar on “Future and Prospects of Handicrafts Sector in the Sustainable Development of Bangladesh”
- Facilitate participation in the international fairs in collaboration with Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries (CBI)
- Regularly publish trade journal on handicrafts sector
- Develop and publish an identical product catalog that represents/branding Bangladesh
- Move for implementation of handicrafts policy-2015
- Organize need based training for the handicrafts entrepreneurs
- Try to develop national levelawareness on handicrafts sector
- Organize national assembly of handicrafts entrepreneurs at Shilpokola Academy
- Collaboration among the handicrafts business service organizations
- Developing export readiness program and facilitate training program in collaboration with CBI.
- Establish Registered Training Organization-RTO under the accreditation of NSDA
- Prepare and submit proposal on “National Craft Village”
- Declare handicrafts sector as “হস্তশিল্প রপ্তানি বর্ষ”
- Organize and participate fairs in foreign embassies in Bangladesh & abroad
- Put collaboration afford with partner organization for the betterment of handicrafts sector
- Establish handicrafts product display center in Dhaka
- Establish display center at Dhaka and Chittagong airport
- Develop Research & Development center for handicrafts sector
- Implementation of Gender Action Plan-GAP at Banglacraft in collaboration with TFO Canada
- Organize 5s and KAIZEN training program with the collaboration with National Productivity Organization-NPO
- Setting up a library at Banglacraft office
- Develop digital member’s directory & publish quarterly news letter
- Establish permanent handicrafts display center at Banglacraft office
- Declare and Recognized “Best Artisan Award” and “Best Handicrafts Entrepreneur Award” every year
